Zvi has photographed all three of our kids' mitzvahs. Initially I chose Zvi because his work was uniquely straightforward photography-no gimmicks of angle or focus-while being technically excellent. Also, his pricing schedule allowed us to purchase exactly what we wanted without being forced to own things we didn't need.

I learned in the process of working with him that he has a full understanding of the religious service. He knew better than I which moments would be important to recreate in advance of the actual service, during, and which photography is not allowed.

During the parties, Zvi was mindful to catch "mood" shots of setting, decor, and groups at play so that there is never an endless litany of staged group pictures. I found that his final products, the albums, were simple, but aesthetically sophisticated. .
